Blue Tengu’s Live Game Development Show – Episode Four

Episode Four

Episode four of the live game development show that we do every week on Twitch.tv is up on our YouTube channel. This week, Eric dives deep into the Project Spaghetti task list, and, after doubling the resolution to make it easier for you to see when you watch the show, polishes off that player shooting mechanic he had trouble with last week. He also managed to get the bullets to hit and kill the player. In addition, there’s a talk regarding the rock, paper, scissors philosophy of game design using Super Mario Brothers and Gears of War as examples. Thanks to everyone who dropped by Twitch.tv! Next week, Eric’s going to start digging into the scoring system, which will play a big role in the gameplay.
